Cycling Tips : Do Your Recovery Rides to get Stronger on the Bike
To become a better cyclist you will need to give your body enough time ti properly recover after pushing yourself on a ride.
It’s not only the legs that need to recover but your whole body and especially your cardiovascular system as this takes a big hit when your going hard all the time on rides.
A recovery ride is about taking it slow and easy and not pushing your heart rate to high, if you don’t do some of these bike rides all your training will be for nothing as you won’t get any stronger.

So is it highly recommended to get the Strava premium to measure the
training load as you mentioned?
Also, I dont have a power meter, yet, so would Strava premium be a waste?
