Here’s how to jump higher and get more air on your mountain bike.

To get started, let’s go back to basics. To be good at jumping you need to be good at bunnyhopping and use the correct technique rather than brute strength. Check out our video on bunnyhopping for a quick recap: http://gmbn.eu/bunnyhopin60
With bunnyhops dialled, it’s time to get out and put your newly-perfected technique into practice. Think about using your bodyweight and position rather than pulling up on the bars and focus on gaining height.
This video got us thinking – what’s the biggest jump that you’ve ever done? Let us know in the comments.

How to whip tutorial please.
start small and get bigger.. its pretty much the same movement you’d do to do a skid. you’ll also be amazed at how sideways you can land and still ride away

How to whip and Nae Nae please. Thx
clips can help learn and make it easier. but all you really need to do is use your feet and sorta swing them to a side and then swing them back to I guess you can say “straight” angle. sorry if I didn’t help
sick vid lads would be even sickker to see a how to whip vid :)))
Instructions unclear… Dick caught in ceiling fan
Jk this was a great video and helped me alot
How to jump a gap ! Best mtb channel by the way 🙂 Thanks for all the tips
+Coconut705 confidence and commitent.
Jumping a gap is the same technique jut less room for error
Can you do a video bunny hopping on a hardtail. Thanks
Just hop ???
It is the same. If anything it is easier on a hardtail
+Ryan Quan, the technique is the exact same for both HT and FS. You do have to be more gentle with your landings as you don’t have a rear shock to absorb the landing.
Agreed! I am only assuming it’s a little different than on a full suspension.
I learned how to do a front flip. Just use your front break and lean forward before a cliff!
The cliffs of Dover.
what kind of cliff?
Marc looked to be riding at his best in this video. Quite proud of him 😛
Great video! Im new to MTB and i crash/have to bail a lot. I find myself having to put a foot down on harder corners or stopping quickly and walking over technical stuff that is out of my skill level. As I learn how to ride better and progress, maybe do a video on the safest way to bail/crash? Something to that effect? Might help keep us new guys in the game longer 😉
Cuts and bruises,
