Because most of these bikers in nepal are beginners. Downhill biking a new sport in nepal and most of the people are just learning. Some people in nepal just get mountain bike these days only to showoff their expensive hobby and have no skills like you can see in this video.
Downhill Is Life Yeah it’s such a nice place… I mean I only started riding a few months ago but even I go WAAAAY faster.

Please guys give them a brake. Sure they are already having too much brake on their wheels as it seems, but this is no western dedicated mountain bike trail. Locals actively use those footpath and therefore you have to maintain safe speed for unforeseen obstacles. But damn these guys do have nice gears than me. I am jealous…
