I just love this GCN channel.
Heya. You’re Amazing. stupid fetch What’s your opinion about that, guys !!
C’mon. Terrific! window harm
I have no idea how a random teenager in Indiana can get 15 million
subscribers while you guys only have 600k. May your subscribers grow this
winter!
Highly informative video. I’m glad they mentioned the fact that you can
take two days off for recovery. I have been stating this for over a year
now but most of the guys if not all don’t agree. Being a former natural
amatuer body builder we learned that the legs are a major muscle group.
Major muscle groups need a least one day off for recovery.
Hey GCN I watch your show a lot and obsessed with cycling and I live in
California and don’t get nearly any rain, but soon this year I am going to
be moving to Washington which it rains there a lot so this video really
helped me out, thank you so much.
I have the opposite problem. The winter months are nice riding weather,
cool but not cold. I have no problems during this time so I use it to
prepare for the hot season. In the summer I find myself dealing with
temperatures of around 46c. I ride anyway, but it’s a whole ordeal. Best
thing to do is ride hard in the cool months and condition myself hard for
when the heat comes. :3
Great tips guys like always you all do an amazing job. absolutely my
favorite YouTube channel. keep up the fantastic work!
Ive planned my winter trainning even before autumn- xc,xc and more xc-
bring on the muddy trails :)))))))))))))))))
Just hunted down the overshoes you guys are wearing as I’ve yet to find any
that work, or last. These Santin Krios ones look great, but £48 – £50 just
seems ridiculous. I’ve had zips go on so many before (even Santini) that I
just can’t convince myself to pay that much.
That beard looks fucking brutal.
I find it hard to knock back the intensity of my training rides because I
live is a very hilly area, is there a suggestion to keeping my HR down
other than moving the wife and kids to Holland?
Looking at all the green lush leaves on the tree’s, you must have been very
hot in all that winter gear! #YouCantFoolUs
well a cats version of all about that base is not what sprung to mind when
you suggested keeping it social… haha
Driving in the rain? Record something about it.
Good stuff and great job Dan commentating at the Qatar event – !
all about that base about that base, no efforts! ha ha
