The Elite and comp are part of the Specialized Allez range designed to be an attainable, but more importantly, high quality road bike. The elite is right at the top end of the Allez range and features Smartweld technology and oversized lower head tube to increase steering compliance whilst the comp model is designed to be a slightly more attainable pricepoint.
