Cycling for exercise sounds like it would be fun but I would probably die
before I could finish.
are there any average person tips? changing tires?! da hell that’s too
advanced for me i’m just riding around the neighborhood for basic exercise
or quick errand
Mmmm. Great slo-mo shots. Saves a lot of hassle, trying to fill the rest
with facts. What was the subject matter about again?
uhm… 1:40 video with a 30 second intro… looks good, but…
I don’t know why the YouTube is full of this incompetent advice on cycling.
First your position on the bike is incorrect making you look like a
beginner. Second, the PSI rating on a tire is the maximum air pressure, not
the air pressure for everybody. Air pressure depends on rider weight,
skill, and intensity. Third, just saying to wear a helmet, is politically
correct but incompetent when not providing skills needed so you never have
to need a helmet. A helmet does not keep you as safe as skills. The tools
for the road is not complete: you also need a chain tool, spoke wrench, and
an assortment of wrenches, patch kit, and the CO2 must be backed up with a
conventional pump. And like all unskilled cyclists you left out the most
important item, the one item you never go on the road without…a rear view
mirror.
Don has a big package.
Reminder drinking while exercising is not hydrating. Drink water (or sports
drinks) at least 4 hours before the exercise. Preferably a day.
I think she was just trying to show off her bike instead of being
informative.
i am 12 years old and just started cycling on my $1500 bike :)
ok ppl, let me add to this, i said i dont wear a helmet and the most
important TO ME ppe is gloves, then i got a load of shit like, natural
selection and odds and percentages, so the percentage is mostly minor
accidents, where the gloves are the winner, major accidents the helmet
wins, look we take a risk by riding on roads with cagers, we could wear
plate mail and still get flattened. Dont get buthurt cos i dnt wanna wear a
helmet, moan at the fuckface who didnt look for cyclists and hit you,
I don’t use helmets ;3
I guess you mean “how to change a tube” not a tyre. ;)
