Cycling Tips: How to Use a Powermeter
I describe how I use my Power meter in one particular workout. Keep in mind, this is just one of my workouts, there are a million out there.Power meters offer objective information for the amount of work you’re doing. You can compare the training you did one day Apples-to-apples to another day.
Remember, eating whole foods, plant-based is a lifestyle, not a diet. Change your mindset to think long term for optimum health. By eating plants, your body will thank you, the earth will thank you and the animals will thank you.

What is your FTP and W/kg? Just curious. :)
What do you eat and drink during the workout? It looks to be pretty
intense. I did an hour workout on the bike (8 miles in 20m, then 14 miles
in 40m) and I was severely dehydrated after. I drank a ton of water during
and after tho, but I think I was dehydrated before. I also think I may
need to ease into more intense workouts. Too much, too soon.
