Cycling Tips For Newbies Wanting To get Into Road Racing

Road racing and weekend riding are completely different, well the fact that we use a bike is the same but the power and endurance you need to race at a higher level is where the difference is.
To get your fitness to that higher level you will need to do a heap of training, and find this is where it can be difficult for busy people is find the time to do the training.
Cycling in a big group is great fun and being in a race environment is even better, but to be able to stay with the fast riders your power strength and efficiency needs to be at the next level.
Anyone can join in and have fun doing this there are different categories for different levels of cyclist, so you just pick the level you feel you are best suited too.
A good carbon road bike would be a lot better than an alloy bike for this higher paced type of racing.
It’s also a good idea to have some insurance to cover you and your bike incase of an accident.
The main thing is you get out there and enjoy the ride.

You should consult your Doctor before doing any strenuous exercise or workout, if you have any dizziness or pain you should stop immediately, you do this workout at your own risk. Please be reminded i am not a personal trainer this is just my workout routine you should consult a personal trainer to obtain a proper workout for what you want to achieve.
