Just got strava and I have done 41k this weekend of single track really
happy
Congrats on being signed to team Sky Matt!
I have a request: I just recently bought some Speedplay “The Frog” cleats.
Can you make a video on how to install the pedals and cleats and a quick
instruction on how to clip in and clip out?
“cycle-ogical” advantage 1:07
The most important thing that Matt says is………..It’s Not A
Race……If you want to get some friends (or teammates) together and ride
it at a “Brisk” pace, have fun, but when passing other groups of riders,
don’t come too close. (passing an 18 mph group at 25 mph, with six inches
to spare, is just bad form) You don’t want to scare them into a
crash.Riding in a large “fast” group with riders that you don’t know is a
recipe for disaster. (almost as bad as a Cat 5 Criterium). You’re better
off in a four or five person group.
i have not been able to ride my mountain bike because the rear mech does
shift into the bigger cogs, i was wondering if there are certain
derailleurs for different bikes
Did all these things, still ended up sat in the back of an ambulance after
crashing just 10 miles in!
White Rose Classic!
Such a great sportive
Can you do a video about riding in strong crosswinds with deep section
wheels
OK, dumb question time, what the heck is a sportive? This is only a term I
have heard in GCN videos and not here in the United States. Can you please
explain what this is exactly?
