Q & A Cycling Workout Intensity Weekly Yoga and HIIT Schedule Rotation
This is how I like to rotate and cycle the intensity of my classes. I have an example of a “perfect” schedule on my website http://www.alikamenova.com/beginners/health/my-perfect-weekly-schedule-stay-fit/
For optimum results and as far as performance goes as well as achieving a balanced physique I like to rotate intensity and length and the type of exercises and classes. This system of working out delivers solid results and it saves time. I am not a fan of just strength or just cardio or all yoga schedules. They tend to create imbalances in the physical structure, flexibility, endurance, aerobic capacity and strength.
My schedule is perfect for building flexibility and strength and cardio vascular capacity as well as endurance plus it does build an athletic looking and feeling body. Its physical and spiritual in one 🙂 Plus we save time in a major way!!!! This leaves you more time for other activities and for fun stuff. win win!

I love this thanks! I find that I’m the say way. if I do crazy hiit I
actually end up getting weight and feeling simply exhusted. it’s very
tricky to find the balance because my mind over strives for over
exhaustion, but that’s also how I learn to stay in touch with my body. it’s
a constant and evolving process

Challenging as well because it’s so easy to ‘go all out’ when youre doing
hitt or something. Balance is the key! :D
I would like your opinion on something if i could please. I have had sever
asthma since i was 2 (for 25 years) I am trying to get off of my steroid
inhaler once and for all, and I was wondering what your thoughts are on
curing asthma? Are there any herbs that can aid in healing and detoxing the
lungs for someone like me?. I am thinking about buying an herbal tonic from
Wishgarden called Deeplung to see what the results are. I really appreciate
these Q&A videos, they are very helpful!!!
