Q & A Cycling Workout Intensity Weekly Yoga and HIIT Schedule Rotation

For optimum results and as far as performance goes as well as achieving a balanced physique I like to rotate intensity and length and the type of exercises and classes. This system of working out delivers solid results and it saves time. I am not a fan of just strength or just cardio or all yoga schedules. They tend to create imbalances in the physical structure, flexibility, endurance, aerobic capacity and strength.
My schedule is perfect for building flexibility and strength and cardio vascular capacity as well as endurance plus it does build an athletic looking and feeling body. Its physical and spiritual in one 🙂 Plus we save time in a major way!!!! This leaves you more time for other activities and for fun stuff. win win!
