For All The Women Thinking Of Getting Into Road Cycling
This is a section of our bike ride today moving along with a big pack at a fair pace, the rider in front of me is female and it’s proof that the girls can mix it up with the boys out on the bike.
This is a fast bunch it’s a group of about 25+ riders.
Can women ride a road bike as well as the men.
The girls can put out some power just as well as the guys can.
For women wanting to loose weight and get fit and stay slim or lean cycling is going to be one of the best sporting activities you can do.
You should consult your Doctor before doing any strenuous exercise or workout, if you have any dizziness or pain you should stop immediately, you do this workout at your own risk. Please be reminded i am not a personal trainer this is just my workout routine you should consult a personal trainer to obtain a proper workout for what you want to achieve.

The bridge is slip into to lanes the left for walker runners etc and the
right side for cyclists only, so the right side is again split into two
lanes so the ones on the far side are going the right way as are we, but we
are really going to fast for the bridge especially in such a big group.
Why are there people on your right side going the wrong way?? That is
dangerous.
