year and im trying to increase my average speed. not to a competitive level
but just keep improving. Is interval training the best way to achieve
greater overall speed over say 30-50miles?

well and if it would help with my fitness?

Whats up with your right leg on the elevation (about ~12 oclock)? You kind
of kick the top tube with your knee.

great vid man! My local gym has stationary bikes with power meters, will it
work there too? (the interval training)
