that was not explained too well. he actually did a manual off the edge then
immediately put his weight back and low. he then pushed the bike away from
him to soak up the landing. always put your weight back and a manual is
essential for low speed drops on any decent height (inc. this one!).
landed both wheels even on the first one how does he think he landed rear
end first what a dink toucher
You have a high metabolism and you clearly burn more than you consume. The
older you get the more that goes away, and just because someone looks out
of shape and average doesn’t mean they are. Old guys have this problem,
Greg Lemond, Eddy Merckx all great champions who look ordinary now can
still smoke pretty much anyone. Back to my point this guy is talking about
bike stills, belly fat has nothing to do with that.
And how old are you. You can talk crap all you want until you get your
trash handed to you by one of these old champs. Climbing is mostly math,
power to weight, you’d be surprised how much a middleaged run of the mill
looking guy can really make. Greg Lemond looks heavier than this guy and
he’d still hand it to us. On the downhill that doesn’t matter they just
have tons of skill. “Resistance” really? The more power you make the faster
you go and if you eat more than you burn you won’t be skinny.
“Power and skill” And what about resistance? One of the most important
things for biking is resistance. If you have power and resistance, you
don’t have belly fat, because to get resistance you have to work out a lot,
and if you do it you’ll burn your fat. I work out 3 times a week in the
Gym, and at weekends I run in the beach or go mountain biking. And I eat a
lot of shit: Hamburgers, KFC, a LOT of hiper-caloric stuff and I have
almost zero fat. My % of fat in my whole body is 6%.
I have. There are plenty of guys out there with tons of power and skill
that just don’t eat very well.
Who the FUCK is gonna believe in this guy? I’ve never seen a BMX rider or
MTB rider with that much belly fat!
dude you are just terrible you have no clue what your talking about. please
