A Cycling Training Program Video For Busy People (cycling tips)
I am a cat 2 racer on 7 hours or less a week. You can be a strong cyclist if you use your time right. This video will show you in detail how I use my 7 hours to get gains. I provide a rough schedule and full breakdown of 3 interval workouts. NOTE* I do have weeks higher than 7 hours, when I can put the time in, I do, but for the most part I run a 7 hour avg for the week.

also vegan athlete, a professional XCO MTB athlete in fact. My channel is
new, but is geared towards training advice for cyclists too. If you have a

Great info. Wasn’t aware of your channel. Your videos are very well done,
keep them coming. I don’t race, but I do intervals and basic
tempo/endurance riding. I don’t like to ride with a group as a leg injury
has made it hard to keep up and impossible to run. So, riding and swimming
for me. I also have full time job, kid, etc. So this info was very timely.

thank you very much i was looking for a structure for the longest time and
everything i could find it was not what i was looking for and then i found
this video (exactly what i was looking for) i do not have a power meter and
am thinking about doing HR … any supplements or specific diet you would
recommend to…i will keep following your videos and once again thanks (PS
i mainly do it for mountain bike but i love training on the road bike)
